![]() ![]() Good luck with the wire mgmt lol, i had to get creative buy the y splitters i got were long enough i could make all my fan connections either behind the mobo or under (in a shroud)Īctually didn't use the AIO_pump at all. ![]() I don't use Windows though so I doubt I can use AI suite 3. Out of curiosity, what was your reasoning for not using the AIO_PUMP one? ![]() It means having longer cables around the case, that's already full of cables :/ What would be the best way to connect all my fans? (2 top exhaust, one rear exhaust, 2 front intake and one bottom intake, with my sabertooth I had an exhaust under the GPU too but removed it in this setup because of the lack of ports). (my case exhaust fans are pretty noisy close to max power).Īlso I have the rear exhaust fan connected to the AIO_PUMP port, is that alright? It makes it more annoying to configure in the bios as this port does not follow the same rules as the others, but that fan seems to be doing ok now. I just built my new system on this board yesterday, but the case fans are a lot louder than they were on my Sabertooth Mark II, even after setting up qfan first automatically, and then lowering it manually (which may not be that safe).īecause of the lack of fan ports, I have the 2 top exhaust fans connected to the CPU_OPT port using a Y cable, but this does not appear in the BIOS, I am guessing it is using values from CPU_FAN, but I want to slow down only the case fans, not the CPU one too. ![]()
